Virtual Production · LED Volume · Recife
How a 44-year-old production company brought to Recife the technology Hollywood uses to film the impossible.
For a brand, filming always had a logistical cost. The shoot day began days earlier: moving crew, equipment and cast to the location, hoping for good weather and, when the set didn't exist, betting on a green screen and on the client's imagination, who only saw the result weeks later, on delivery.
Virtual Production reversed that order. Instead of taking the production to the world, it brings the world to the set: the environment is rendered in real time on the LED panels behind the cast, with light, reflection and depth captured straight into the lens, no chroma key.
The director sees the finished film on the monitor while shooting. And the client approves on set, not on delivery.
What was once imagined on green
is now seen in camera.

Main wall 10×4m, ceiling 4×4m and side 2×2m. 2.5mm pixel pitch, cinema-grade resolution.
Unreal Engine 5 rendering the set in real time, straight onto the panels behind the cast.
Camera tracking with real parallax: the set moves along, in the right perspective.
6-axis robotic arm, 0.1mm precision and repeatable moves, take after take.

Commercial films and content Nahsom produced inside the Virtual Production studio.
No travel, no location fee and no waiting on the weather. The location comes to the set.
Light, time of day and set stay frozen. Repeat the same take with the same conditions, always.
Three cities, or three worlds, in a single studio. You swap the set, not the production.
What the client sees on the monitor during the shoot is the film. No imagining the result.
The studio didn't arrive on its own. It's run by Nahsom Filmes, an audiovisual production company with 44 years on the road and its own studios in Recife and Caruaru.
It's a full operation under one roof: advertising production, branded content, 3D, motion design and post, serving brands across Brazil and abroad. Virtual Production is the latest edge, not the start of the story.
